Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, 2–5 days for other EU countries. You'll receive a tracking code once your package is on its way.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €35. Below that, shipping costs €3.95. Belgium and Germany: same rates. Other EU countries: €6.95.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive and approve your return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wet the body bar and your skin. Rub the bar directly on your skin or lather in your hands. Massage in and rinse off. Let the bar dry on a soap dish after use.

Unopened, our body bars have a shelf life of at least 24 months. After opening, we recommend using the bar within 6 months. Store dry for maximum lifespan.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use no animal-derived ingredients and do not test on animals.
