Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are shipped the same day. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 working days. For Belgium and Germany this is 2–4 working days.
Shipping costs
We ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated per destination.

All prices include VAT. Shipping thresholds may be updated as we scale.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace code by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Parcel not received?
First check the track & trace status via the link in your shipping confirmation. Has your parcel not arrived within the expected delivery time? Contact us at info@lafuentemia.nl and we'll look into it for you.
Returns
Returns policy
Not satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt . The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
How do I return?
Send an email to returns@lafuentemia.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you the return instructions and return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are only refunded if the complete order is returned.
Damaged or incorrect product?
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us as soon as possible at returns@lafuentemia.nl. Please include your order number and attach a photo if possible. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
